Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive monthly repeat deliveries. 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it after 3 months. Subscriptions get a $4 discount each month, so there is a 3-month minimum term. After your third month you can cancel your subscription whenever you like.

Subscriptions typically ship by the 15th of each month. Your first Subscription kit ships the following calendar month. So if you buy a subscription on September 4, you first kit ships mid-October and you are not billed again until Nov 1. 

You can manage your subscription by logging in and going to your account page.  Refunds are available for non-seasonal kits if you return the subscription like new within 10 business days.
